She supported foreign companies and joint venture setup in China for market entry preparation, company registration, hiring the teams, analyzing markets, and team leadership. She has experience in business management for trade and manufacturing in various industries. She also has a background with diplomatic organizations both in Belgium and Chinese sections.
Mr. Stanley SI
Graduated from Tsinghua University Law School and is instructed by the well-known jurists, holds certificates of law, legal consultancy, intellectual property and more. He specializes in intellectual property protection, contract conflict, commercial arbitration, company risk control, company management and legal audits, venture investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, security offerings and listing, trusts and funds, real estate financing, debt restructuring, etc. He has also performed services for well-known companies and governmental departments.
Mr. Martin UHLEMANN
Has over 35 years’ experience in German manufacturing management. He was previously the top manager at BMW and Linde in the head office of Germany. He has experience in consultancy in industry 4.0 for supply chain management, project management, quality control, enterprise evaluation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
